OUR ROOTS
With years of prior experience and a solid foundation in the healthcare industry, our business model is underpinned by the expertise of our founder, Alicia. Drawing on her accredited background in medical device sales, Alicia brings a wealth of knowledge and insight to LINC Medical Billing. Her professional journey includes pivotal roles at a start-up within the Ear, Nose & Throat space where she represented cutting-edge, disruptive technologies. Alicia advocated for patients through empowering Provider’s with newly established medical devices that were minimimally invasive and offered to patient’s under local anesthesia. She supported Physician’s from the Operating Room and into their Private Practices by closely partnering with together; tailoring a strategy customized around the Provider’s individual needs.
Years later the start-up was acquired by Stryker, where Alicia played a crucial role in the integration process between the two companies post-acquisition. She then advanced her role at Stryker becoming a National Field Sales Trainer finding her true niche as Stryker’s Ear Nose & Throat Divisions Field Reimbursement Specialist. Alicia is rather futuristic in her approach, she is a forward thinker and has a deep passion for innovation. She believes in a world where patients are provided with various procedural options within an adequate time frame where treatments plans are ethically maintained, preventative care is in fact proactive and most importantly that those providing this clinical attention are being reimbursed fairly and favorably for their efforts. Alicia has an unwavering dedication to advancing the healthcare system’s standards of care by unifying the delivery across the nation.
